Terms of Service – MD CUSTOMS

 

Overview

 

At MD CUSTOMS, we provide premium custom printing, embroidery, engraving, and creative services. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

 

Refund & Replacement Policy

 

We take pride in delivering handmade, high-quality products. Every order is inspected before leaving our workshop.


Free replacements are provided if:

 

  • The print or product is incorrect due to our error (wrong design, placement, or size).

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The print fades, peels, or washes off within the first few washes (when care instructions are followed).

 

What’s not covered:

 

  • Customer-provided errors (e.g. typos in artwork, wrong size selection).

  • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by not following care instructions.

  • Sale items or gift cards (non-returnable).

  • Change of mind

 


How to request a replacement:

 

  • Contact us at info@mdcustoms.au within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge.

  • In most cases, there’s no need to return the defective item.

 

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Contact us at info@mdcustoms.au to start the process. Returns must be sent to:

    MD CUSTOMS,  8 Hughes street, Gateshead, Newcastle NSW 2290

  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped to you.

  • For exchanges (e.g. wrong item received), the fastest way is to process a replacement order once your return is approved.

 


EU Customers:

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

  1. This applies only where legally required under EU consumer law.
    That way you’re not opening the door wider than needed.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

 

  • Orders are shipped Australia-wide in 0–8 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided where possible.

  • International shipping may be available (please contact us for current options).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural events.

 

 

Fan-Inspired Artwork Disclaimer

 

Some of our designs are inspired by anime, games, and pop culture, movies and television we personally love. All artwork is original, custom-created, and transformative — we are in no way associated with any other companies nor claim to be and do not sell or resell official licensed products.


All trademarks, characters, and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners. Our designs are fan-inspired and not official merchandise please support the creators and their offical products that continue to inspire us.

 

 

 

General Terms

 

 

  • By placing an order, you confirm the details you provide (artwork, spelling, sizing, etc.) are correct.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or offensive content.

  • All prices are in AUD and subject to change without notice.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses (missed deadlines, business loss, etc.) caused by delays or product defects.
