Refund & Replacement Policy – MD CUSTOMS

 

At MD CUSTOMS, every product is handmade and inspected before leaving our workshop. We stand behind our quality, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Free Replacements Are Provided If:

 

  • The product is incorrect due to our error (wrong design, placement, or size).

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The print fades, peels, or washes off within the first few washes when care instructions are followed.

 

 

What’s Not Covered:

 

  • Customer-provided errors (e.g. typos in artwork, wrong size selection).

  • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by not following care instructions.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

 

Requesting a Replacement or Return:

 

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement — no need to return the faulty item.

Returns Policy:

 

  • We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

  • EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period, as required by law.

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused, with tags and packaging).

 

Refunds:

 

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.
